OUR RATE CARD

Below are tentative rates for the services that we provide. Feel free to reach out for any inquiries concerning tailormade quotes or otherwise.

Our packages include but are not limited to:

• Standard shoot (2 hours) deliverables will be 20 retouched images.

• Half day (3 - 5 hours) deliverables will be 25 - 50 retouched images.

• Full day (5 - 10hours) deliverables will be 75 - 100 retouched images.

Please Note:

1. Please note that a 50% non-refundable deposit is payable, not less than 7 days before the set shoot date, to secure a booking. Failure to pay the deposit will warrant the full payment on the day of the shoot (before commencement).

2. Deliverables shall be sent to the client not less than 7 business days after the shoot day unless expressly agreed upon and invoiced. If an early delivery of images before the stipulated timeframe above is requested, it will warrant an increase in the given quote/invoice by 25%.

3. All images delivered to the client shall be the intellectual property of Tapiwa’s Gallery and the client unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

4. Prints/publications in the form of billboards, magazines and/or commercials or any other form applicable of the images delivered to the client shall be charged separately from the given quote/invoice. Permission to use such shall be given expressly through a signed agreement by Tapiwa's Gallery.

5. Changes/alterations of the agreed terms of the shoot will warrant the quote/invoice to be altered accordingly.

6. Transit, accommodation, props, set-design, model sourcing and makeup costs are not included in the rates below unless a written agreement/invoice states otherwise.
