RATE CARD

Below are tentative rates for the services that we provide. Feel free to reach out for any inquiries concerning tailormade quotes or otherwise.

Our Packages include but are not limited to:

• Standard shoot (2 hours) deliverables will be 20 retouched images.

• Half day (3 - 5 hours) deliverables will be 25 - 50 retouched images.

• Full day (5 - 10hours) deliverables will be 75 - 100 retouched images.

Terms & Conditions

• A 50% deposit is payable in no less than 7 days in advance to secure all bookings. Failure to do so will require 100% up-front payment prior to project commencement.

• All contracted deliverables will be provided to the client no less than 7 business days after the completion of the shoot. Early delivery is available upon request, and is subject to a 25% premium on the quotation provided.

• All images delivered will remain the intellectual property of Tapiwa’s Gallery and the client, unless superseded by a prior, written and executed agreement.

• Please let us know if you intend any mass dissemination of images (including, but not limited to, billboards, magazines and other advertising media) - commercial rights require our express permission and are subject to differential costing based on intent of utilisation. A written and executed agreement is required prior to these forms of use.

• Any changes or alterations to the specifications, terms and/or locations of the photoshoots will result in alteration of the quotation/invoice as applicable. We reserve the right to charge for incidentals and other additional costs incurred due to any changes requested.

• Unless documented otherwise, the following are not included in the rates: travel; accommodation; props; set design; sourcing and provision of models; makeup services; wardrobe. This list is not exhaustive and we reserve the right to charge for extra services requested.
